Typical profile of our translatorsOur translators come from different horizons; some of them have pursued traditional degree courses (special studies in translation and/or languages, then work in this sector immediately), while others have first worked in different professions before training in translation. We dip into this rich human resource pool to meet the various requirements of our customers. Our unchanging policy is that we strive to work only with highly motivated people who love their profession. Selection processTrad Online has gradually built a network of translators by applying the following selection criteria: - assessment of the CV and professional skills - initial contact (telephonic, personal meeting) for checking the translator's professionalism - translation test assessed by an expert proofreader - testing on a first customer project (assessment of quality and responsiveness) A relationship of understanding and trustWe are proud to announce that we work "only" with about a hundred translators, whereas many of our competitors boast of thousands. Trad Online builds truly consistent relationships of understanding and trust with all its service providers.
